I wanted to share a story of Mr. Raj Kapoor, Whom I hired around 7 years back who was new to the industry. His dream job was a recruiter, but he doesn’t know where to start and what is the process for this.
He has done his M.B.A in Human resources from University of Mumbai. When he received his degree, he started searching for a job. He has checked many “job searching” websites like dimensionshrd.com to find a better job. Finally, he got the job and he started working with us his job was to headhunt the candidates for senior roles.
Raj was invited to an interview, questioned about his education and personal background and taken on board for a trial period.

Thanks to his own expertise, he knew exactly where to post the job description and how to share it on social media. He didn’t have long to wonder before applications started coming in.
