Zonal Business Head – Consumer Durable
We are looking for Zonal Business Head for one of the consumer durable company.
Job Role
– Business Development and Sales
– Plan and oversee the execution of the zonal sales efforts, contributing to organizational revenue and growth targets.
– Formulate development of a roadmap and strategic initiatives for the assigned zone
– Business Planning – Formulate sales and business plans for the zone aligned to the overall regional sales plans.
– Formulate the annual business & operating plan for the zone in line with the overall annual retail business plan of the region and the company.
-Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue through primary & secondary sales.
– Responsible for creating & driving Channel sales
– Responsible for Network Develpoment & Sales Planning & Budgeting. Preparing monthly & yearly sales plan.
– Responsible for the setup of New Branches, Appointment of Sales Team, planning & launching of new products.
Qualification
– MBA
– The successful candidate must have managed multiple regions leading teams, revenue ramp-up, increasing market share, and an expert in managing channels/distribution – preferably in the consumer durable sector
– Should have worked atleast 5 years in a challenger brand where he has to drive onground sales against a leader brand. Typically, Indian organisation who have had to compete with large MNCs .
– Preferable would be CD industry but can look at local Indian FMCGs also
– Should have very good understand the indian retail and distribution structure
