Regional Head – Sales
Specific roles and Responsibilities
To deliver following position objectives
Build business roadmap covering all segments with total and addressable market size
• Create an approach / strategy paper stating how each segment would be approached in specified region/s
• Feasibility, viability, and break-even analysis covering each segment
• Approach to hiring, target setting for self and the team
• High quality reporting metrics, analytics, and review systems for each role
• Work closely with the Sales Head/CEO/CXO/ FP&A to prepare business plan and action on variance
Desired Qualifications& Experience
• 6 to 10 years’ experience and at least 5 years as National Head- Sales in avery reputed company with large offline sales model. Experience in a reputed start-up will be preferred
• Graduate from a reputed university. Preference for Post graduate in Sales and Marketing / Finance
• Knowledge of Retail forex products/ international travellers and intermediaries such as money changers, banks, Travel and tour operators is required.
Desired Soft Skills
• Must have excellent team management and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, presentation, and time-management skills
• Good analytical and number crunching abilities
• Ability to effectively interface with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
• High degree of proficiency in preparing projections, spreadsheet PPT etc.
• Must be seen as very fair though tough task master
• Must be a fast learner and should have excellent knowledge of company’s products and services apart from industry information
• Professional approach to problem solving
• Ability to maintain professional demeanour under challenging situations
