Roles and Responsibilities
Anchor/ Product Manager: To build sustainable business through Alliances and Partnerships
a. Anchor Development and Management
• Build Alliances which entails empaneling Anchors across categories for partnerships independently as well as with inputs from Sales team (ZH and RM)
• Responsible for designing and executing partnership programs and products with Partners
• Study competitor and do product benchmarking with empaneled anchors
• Complete Anchor relationship management
• Design communication for onboarded Anchor ecosystem and ensure its dissemination to ecosystem constituents
• Develop and implement engagement strategies (physical meetings, vendor meets, webinars, etc) with Anchor and its ecosystem constituents in coordination with Sales team
b. Business and portfolio quality
• Increase share of business with empaneled Anchors in coordination with Sales team
• Partial sales target in coordination with Sales Team (driving synergy)
• Monitor portfolio performance for the Anchor & its eco-system
• Monitor any significant development with Anchors and its eco-system which may risk the portfolio and accordingly suggest mitigant steps
• Ensure active support from the Anchor for recovery in any delinquency in its ecosystem portfolio
Desired Skills and Experience
• MBA Finance/ CA
• Possess 5 – 9 years of relevant experience in B2B, supply chain finance lending across sectors i.e., structured finance products, mid-market corporate lending preferably with an NBFC.
• Be brilliant with numbers, analysing financial statements, interpreting data and solving problems and at the same time be able to build business relationships, talk to various levels of an organisation (CXOs to analysts), get work done by various people.
• Ability to structure, discuss the deal contours with the relevant stakeholders – internal and external, and execute the transactions to meet the client’s complex financing requirements (end to end) within the purview of business and regulatory requirements.
• Be personable and have a presence; and be able to hold conversations and negotiations.
• Present / articulate / position an idea compellingly with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Make sense of the macros –economic analysis, sectoral drivers, what regulators do.
• Possess a good eye for detail and ability to work effectively under pressure
• Think strategically – convey as much in stakeholder conversations and also aid in thought leadership within the team
