Roles and Responsibilities
The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for the most important function in the organisation – Create a talent pool from existing and new recruits that is simply the best in the industry, ensure staff happiness and being part of staff productivity related programs.
On the micro levels this will mean controlling functionalities like Talent Management and development, Recruitment, compensation& benefits, apart from formulating HR policies and regulatory compliance controls
The position will directly report to CEO
Specific roles and Responsibilities :
– Conceptualize and execute creative HR operations and talent development programs to improve happiness quotient and improved productivity
– Identify areas of strengths and weaknesses and create a solid organizational structure to help to deliver high performance in a very challenging environment
– Assess existing senior/ key staff for competencies in respective roles based on detailed assessment of job profile/ KRAs, methods and quality of controls exercised in managing KRAs, reporting systems in practice etc.
– Examine Designations and compensation senior/ key staff and suggest changes where needed in consultation with CEO
– Review compliance related reports, filings etc, and make amends where required
– Create simple rules to control discipline and accountability to ensure a very pleasant working environment in the company
– Regularly review inter department relationship and corporations to prevent Silos at all times
Desired Qualifications & Experience :
– High quality education pedigree with an MBA from a reputed institute
– At least 10 to 14 years of experience in HR function in a high-quality, fast-growing environment encompassing both digital and offline channels
