Head – Marketing – Startup
Our client is a well-funded startup which is on the verge of closing Series B funding and is backed by large PE Fund.
We are looking for someone who can :
– Building the marketing function as a key enabler to the business
– Brand: Owns the brand vision, communications strategy, and advertising budgets across customer touch points
– Performance marketing led growth by leveraging all channels viz. digital, print, radio as well as other ATL and BTL channels
– User Growth: Invents new and differentiated value propositions which drive user growth, experiments fearlessly, leverages big data and anecdotes to measure success, and executes programs which maximize marketing ROI.
– responsible for Digital : Updating, maintaining and optimizing the website and digital channels.
– Lead all channels of growth in organization.
– Promote content across social media platforms and ensure increased brand awareness
– Create, execute and Monitor marketing campaigns across all digital platforms for customer engagement and app downloads
– Planning short term and long term strategies for customer acquisition and brand awareness.
