Head – Partnership & Alliances – BFSI

Position based with a large listed NBFC in Mumbai.

Job Role

– Managing existing relationships with the banks along with Onboarding new Banking/NBFC relationships.

– Responsible for building strong lending tie-ups with Fintechs/NBFCs / Ecosystem players (like Payments, POS players, B2B Marketplaces etc.) / MFI / Ecommerce players.

– Driving partnership, AUM & Revenue growth for the partnership and alliances vertical.

– Developing strategy, Process & Product design for on boarding partners, negotiate contractual relationships, technology integration.

– Define metrics for monitoring the performance & effectiveness of the existing alliances

– Development of deep understanding of value generated through the alliance and working on programs to accelerate impact.
