National Key Accounts Manager – Modern Trade/E commerce/Institutional Sales
POSITION OVERVIEW
This position is responsible to deliver Volume, share & GP for the assigned customers. Build and execute Business Plan for assigned customers. Partner with cross functional teams to execute plans to grow the business exponentially
RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
•Achieve/Exceed Volume, Share and GP Target.
•Ensure dominant Share of Shelf for products for assigned set of customers.
•Implement, negotiate and manage JBPs to deliver mutually profitable sales growth for assigned customers.
•Manage “terms of Trade” with MT/E-Com/Institutional customers with win-win situation w.r.t. customer expectations & margin requirements.
•Design & execute RER initiatives to increase bill cuts in line with targeted S&M objective.
•Drives top-line growth in the customer & ensures delivery of execution KPIs for assigned customers across North.
•Responsible for quarterly planning, negotiation with customers and executing plans on a continuous basis.
•Need to monitor category-wise growths and shares with the customers.
•Ensures all new launches are landed on time and ensure all activations are run well.
•Ensuring controls & financial hygiene: Along with Commercial & Supply Chain team, NKAM is supposed to have check on system hygiene at customers on aspects like short payments, visibility and promotion deployment, promo hygiene etc.
PROFESSIONAL/ TECHNICAL ACCREDITATIONS:
“• Master’s in Business or Marketing – Modern trade experience is a must
• Been a Modern trade specialist.
• Candidate should have handled Regional/National role, so they have had an interface with the category buying teams to close/align monthly promotions; planned & executed activations with either Regional/National counterparts
• Worked within cross functional teams
• Customer profiling & Assessment, Competitor Analysis, Data Analysis, Customer Management, communication and negotiation skills
• Handling of E commerce accounts is an added advantage”
