Regional Head – Consumer Sales – FMCG – West
We have been retained by a large Consumer co. to recruit Regional sales Head managing Western region.
Key Responsibility
Business Development and Sales – Plan and oversee the execution of the zonal sales efforts, contributing to organizational revenue and growth targets.
– Formulate development of a roadmap and strategic initiatives for the assigned zone
– Business Planning – Formulate sales and business plans for the zone aligned to the overall regional sales plans.
– Formulate the annual business & operating plan for the zone in line with the overall annual retail business plan of the region and the company.
– Build a presence across channels
– Develop and expand partners eco-system
– Deliver to defined targets across Business, People, Channel and Process metrics
– Align with key customers to ensure the company maintains a preferred partner status and ensures highest levels of consumer satisfaction.
– Build new revenue streams by working jointly with functional colleagues to create a new product other defined opportunity programme.

– Capability to run the sales portfolio as a revenue & profit centre

– Develop and deliver sales forecast to grow market share
– Ensure cost optimization thru sharp planning and execution, driving productivity so as to maximize margins
– Able to follow judiciously all contracts and strict adherence to compliance framework
– Customer onboarding through proper and complete Legal documentation
Teamwork
– Excellent Leadership skills to build, motivate and lead the team in achieving benchmark results and resolving problems alongside as a team
– Build a strong sales and service presence in his region
