Sr Manager Process Excellence
Job Role :
– Drive Six Sigma quality culture in the organization
– Lead key transformation projects using Six Sigma, LEAN, innovation, and strategic planning tools and methodologies to drive business process excellence and deliver business results
– Develop programs, roadmaps and process improvements initiatives
– Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
– Measures performance against process requirements, aligning improvement projects to close performance shortfalls
– Oversees the development of Lean Six Sigma for assuring high quality services that meet customer needs
Desired Profile :
– 3+ years experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
– Strong command of Excel and other MS Office programs
– Should be a certified Green Belt / black belt with atleast 3+ completed projects.
